How do I match a vial to its certificate?
Put the vial and the certificate on the bench before you open anything. Read the lot on the label, character by character, including letters and hyphens. Read the lot on the certificate the same way. They should be identical. Then open /coa, type that code, and read the record GetReta has stored for it. Identity, HPLC purity, mass-spec line and test date should agree with the paper.
A website row marked sample, such as GR-SAMPLE-0001, is not your certificate. If your code is not found, the page says so and points you to orders@getreta.co.uk. Send a photograph of the label and of the certificate. Do not peel the label off to “see it better” if that destroys the code.
Matching is an identity control. It is not a step in preparing a dose. Research use only.
