Research question
Do Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland take longer?
GetReta’s usual dispatch is next working day for mainland addresses when the order is in before 14:00 UK time on a weekday and payment has cleared. Carriers often need another day for the Scottish Highlands, for islands, for some rural postcodes and for Northern Ireland. That extra day is a transit fact. It is not a different product and it is not a surcharge.
The parcel is still plain and tracked. Watch the tracking scan rather than the order email. If a scan stalls, write to orders@getreta.co.uk with the order reference. Do not reorder a second vial until someone has looked at the first consignment, or you may receive two lots when you wanted one.
On arrival, refrigerate the unopened cake at 2 to 8 °C. A longer journey is a reason to check the lot against the certificate, not a reason to open the seal in the hallway. Research use only.
