Research question
What arrives in a GetReta carton?
Open the parcel onto a clean bench and check three things. First, the vial count matches the order, 30 mg or 40 mg as purchased. Second, the lot on each vial matches the certificate packed with it. Third, the optional pen is present only if you paid the £5 add-on. UK shipping is not a separate item in the box. It is the postage.
You should not find bacteriostatic water, a needle for administration, or a sheet that tells you how to mix a concentration. Those are omitted on purpose. The paper you should find is the certificate: HPLC purity, identity, lot, test date. File it. Move the unopened vial to 2 to 8 °C, out of light.
If something listed above is missing, email orders@getreta.co.uk with the order reference before you discard the carton. Research use only.
