What if my lot code is not on the website?
The public lot list is a small table GetReta can add rows to. A missing code is not, by itself, proof that a vial is counterfeit, and a found code is only as good as the match to your label. If /lot/ says the code is not recognised, copy the message and email orders@getreta.co.uk. Include the order reference, the code you typed, and a photograph of the vial label and of the paper certificate.
Check the obvious typing errors first: letter O against zero, hyphens, and spaces. The lookup trims spaces and ignores capital letters. It does not guess a nearby code. The demonstration lot GR-SAMPLE-0001 will be found and is labelled as a sample. Do not send that sample page as if it were your batch.
Leave the vial sealed while you wait, stored at 2 to 8 °C and out of light. Research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
