How do you read a GetReta certificate of analysis?
A GetReta certificate of analysis is the batch record for one lot. Start with the lot code. It should be the same string printed on the vial label. If the two codes differ, stop and email orders@getreta.co.uk with photographs of both before you break a seal. A mismatched pair is a paperwork problem, not a cue to guess.
Next read the identity line. It should name retatrutide and cite CAS 2381089-83-2. The HPLC section reports purity as a percentage. GetReta releases a lot only when that figure is at least 99 percent. The chromatogram, when included, is the trace behind that number. Mass spectrometry is the orthogonal check that the observed mass fits the expected peptide, not a second purity percentage.
The test date is the day that analytical work was recorded, not an expiry date and not a promise about a later solution. Appearance is usually a white to off-white lyophilised cake. The certificate does not set a concentration after liquid is added, and it does not authorise any use outside the laboratory. Sample lot GR-SAMPLE-0001 on the website is a demonstration row, not a certificate for a vial you have received.
