Do I need an account to order?
GetReta does not ask you to create a shop account. Checkout collects the name, email, delivery address and an optional phone number, plus any note you want the packer to see. You must tick the research-use confirmation. Without that tick the order is refused.
The order reference is created on the server and the basket total is recalculated there. You are not trusted to type the price. A confirmation is emailed to you and a copy goes to orders@getreta.co.uk. Keep that reference. It is how a later question about delivery or a return is matched. It is not the lot number.
Payment, when Pay by Bank is on, continues on the bank page and returns to GetReta. You can look the vial lot up later without logging in. Research use only. Not a medicine.
