Research question
What does GetReta mean by the cold chain?
Cold chain, on a GetReta order, means the sealed lyophilised vial is kept refrigerated at 2 to 8 °C and out of direct light after you receive it. The postal carton is plain and tracked. It is not a claim that the parcel rode in a pharmaceutical validated shipper for every mile. On arrival, move the vial into the laboratory fridge and keep the certificate with it.
The returns rule uses the same idea. An unopened vial may be sent back within 14 days only if that cold storage was kept and the seal is intact. A vial that sat in a warm room, even unopened, is outside the return condition. Email orders@getreta.co.uk before posting a return so it can be received properly.
