How are GetReta vials packaged?
A GetReta parcel is packed for a laboratory delivery, not for a shop shelf. The outer carton is plain. It does not carry a clinical claim and it does not need a signature brand across the tape. Inside is the labelled research vial, the paper certificate for that lot, and the optional empty research pen if the order included the £5 add-on.
The vial label carries the lot code you will later type into the lot lookup. Keep that label intact. The certificate quotes the same code, the HPLC purity, the identity check and the test date. Those two pieces should travel together from the door to the fridge. If you discard the carton, take the certificate out first.
Bacteriostatic water, syringes for administration, and mixing instructions are not packed, because GetReta does not supply a method of use. The parcel is tracked and posted free inside the UK. Research use only.
